Enviromentalism on Its Head

A manatee that took an unheard-of swim 700 miles up the Mississippi River eluded a rescue team Thursday that hoped to return the animal to the sea.

What are they doing!?! Don't these environmentalists know that this poor defenseless manatee is not 700 miles north of its “natural” habitat because it is in distress? It's quite obvious that this unique sea mammal is trying better itself by evolving and adapting to a colder climate and fresher water. Naturalists should be rejoicing over this manatee because of its attempt to evolve.

But what do they do?

Instead of letting evolution and natural selection take its course (by the way, they will adamantly adhere to this belief), they blatantly try to impede their “mother nature” by attempting to return the creature to its so-called natural habitat.

You see, when brought face to face with their own beliefs, their actions cry aloud that such evolutionary processes simply do not work. While saying that evolution takes many slow changes over millions of years, they actively work to “save” animals, which may be attempting to do just that.
